What is the process for the photo shoot?
For booked photo shoots each player and coaching staff will take one posed photo to be used for the team photo then a few singles with your sport prop (i.e. Basketball, Soccer ball etc.) Coaches and staff can have a few singles taken as well if they wish. After photos are completed athletes will be given a QR Code to direct them to the images. You can also view photos by going to www.naigphotos.ca. Photos will be uploaded for viewing and ordering approximately 1 hour each session.
Can I book a time slot for myself?
Not at this time. Your Coach or Manager is required to book the photo times for the whole team. Check back or email us at naigphotos@athletesimage.ca for open time slots.
What should I wear?
Players and staff can wear their team tracksuit for the team photo. Players can also wear their uniform for additional photos (ex. singlet, jersey etc.) Bring any equipment or props you would like in the photo such as baseball bats, volleyballs, golf clubs etc.
What products are available?
Great souvenir prints and digital downloads! Check out the Products and Pricing square on the main page. Frames and plaques are available in limited quantities at the event only.

Where do I pick up my order?
The last day to pick up photos at both locations will be Saturday July 22nd from 9-4 for orders placed by Friday July 21st at 5pm. After that time, orders will be shipped directly to your house with a shipping charge. Frames are not available for shipping.You will be notified when your order is complete.
Am I obligated to purchase?
No, there is no obligation to view or purchase photos.
Can I purchase photos after NAIG is over?
Yes! Photos will be available to purchase after the event however there will be a mailing cost. WE DO NOT MAIL PLAQUES OR FRAMES.
